Kurt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law, international relations, and technology-driven innovation. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, Kurt has served in high-impact roles including Senior Litigation Counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice, Deputy Justice Attaché in Iraq, and a prosecuting attorney in the Marine Corps. His career highlights include earning numerous accolades, such as the Attorney General Award and the U.S. Department of State Meritorious Award.

With advanced certifications in Artificial Intelligence from MIT, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a JD from Valparaiso School of Law, Kurt has been a life-long learner. A published author and seasoned educator, he has taught international humanitarian law, trial advocacy, and military law across prestigious institutions and global forums.
